🎯 About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to build practical, production-ready conversational AI features for BuzzBip.
Instead of focusing on academic research, you’ll ship fast, leverage existing LLM APIs, frameworks, and vector databases, and bring AI-powered chatbots, RAG pipelines, and intelligent assistants into production.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
Conversational AI & LLMs
- Develop chatbots and AI assistants using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Build RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vectorized search for context-aware conversations
- Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI services
Practical Development
- Leverage frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Rasa to accelerate delivery
- Integrate AI features into BuzzBip’s SaaS platform
- Ship features quickly, iterate based on user feedback, and deliver high-quality solutions
👤 Who You Are
Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, AI, Data Science, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, embeddings, and vector databases
- Practical knowledge of conversational AI concepts (intent recognition, dialogue management, knowledge grounding)
Technical Skills
- Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- API integrations, SaaS deployment, cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Bonus: multilingual conversational AI systems
Soft Skills
- Fast shipper: delivery-focused, execution-oriented
- API-first mindset: able to leverage existing tools and frameworks efficiently
- Collaborative and product-driven
Languages
- English: Fluent
- French: Advanced
