Terms of Service

• Platform: Buzzbip's SaaS automation platform, dashboards, APIs, integrations, WhatsApp messaging tools, and AI Agents. • WhatsApp Messages: Messages delivered via WhatsApp Business APIs through Meta or authorized BSPs. • WhatsApp Credits: Units used for sending WhatsApp messages. • AI Agent: Automated agent powered by AI that communicates with End Users on behalf of the Client. • Data: All data uploaded, transmitted, or processed through the Platform. • End Users: Customers or contacts contacted by the Client.

You must: • Be at least 18 years old • Have authority to act on behalf of your company • Provide accurate information • Comply with applicable laws and platform rules

You must use the Platform only for lawful business purposes. You must not: • Send illegal, misleading, harmful, or fraudulent content • Violate WhatsApp or Meta policies • Send unsolicited or spam messages • Attempt unauthorized access • Reverse engineer the Platform • Engage in scams, phishing, or impersonation Buzzbip may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You must: • Provide accurate details • Keep credentials secure • Maintain control of your account • Report suspected misuse immediately You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.

Plans Buzzbip offers paid subscription plans granting access to automation tools, dashboards, AI Agents, and WhatsApp messaging. WhatsApp Messaging Credits • Credits included in the plan may expire if unused • Additional credit packs may be purchased • Delivery depends on Meta APIs and BSP availability • Buzzbip does not guarantee message delivery Payments • Payments are due in advance • Non-refundable unless required by law • Pricing may change with reasonable notice

Clients must comply with: • WhatsApp Business Platform Policies • Meta Commerce Policies • Local anti-spam laws • GDPR or equivalent • Consent requirements Sending unsolicited messages is strictly prohibited. Buzzbip may suspend or terminate accounts involved in spam, phishing, misleading promotions, or violations.

Buzzbip integrates with platforms such as Salla, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, APIs, and WhatsApp BSPs. Buzzbip is not responsible for outages or restrictions caused by third-party services.

By using AI Agents you acknowledge: • AI may automatically respond to customers • You control messages via configuration • You are responsible for legality and accuracy • AI does not make business decisions • Errors may occur • You must meet transparency obligations • Buzzbip may monitor usage to prevent abuse

Buzzbip acts as: • Processor for customer data imported from your store • Controller for your account and billing data Data is stored on servers located depending on the client business location. You must obtain all necessary customer consents before messaging. Refer to the Privacy Policy and DPA for full obligations.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to Buzzbip. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence. Reverse engineering, copying, or extraction is prohibited.

Buzzbip aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may be caused by: • Maintenance • Internet issues • WhatsApp outages • BSP restrictions • Force majeure Buzzbip is not liable for third-party service failures.

By You • You may cancel anytime • No refunds for unused periods By Buzzbip We may suspend or terminate if you: • Violate these Terms • Breach WhatsApp rules • Misuse the platform • Send unlawful messages • Fail to pay Upon termination: • Access is revoked • Data is retained for 12 months, then deleted or anonymised

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • Buzzbip is not liable for indirect or consequential damages • Liability is capped at fees paid during the last 3 months • Buzzbip is not responsible for failures caused by WhatsApp or integrations • You are responsible for incorrect setups or misuse

You agree to indemnify Buzzbip from claims arising from: • Illegal messaging • Non-compliant content • Misuse of AI Agents • Privacy law violations • WhatsApp rule breaches • Content you send

Both parties must protect confidential information, including: • API keys • Credential data • Technical documentation • Workflow designs • Customer information

These Terms are governed by: • Laws of the Republic of Tunisia Disputes are subject to: • Courts of Tunis

Buzzbip may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use = acceptance.
